Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Product Disclaimer
Please note that all custom 3D-printed and engraved items are made specifically for your order. Variations in color, texture, wood grain, or finish may occur and are considered normal characteristics, not defects.
