Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Custom-made items (including 3D-printed and engraved products) may require additional production time of 3–10 business days before shipping.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
Please note: Some products may ship from different suppliers or locations, so items in the same order may arrive separately.
Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sam@ohanakeola.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your information before placing an order
